Lorne Ricketts, M.A.Sc., P.Eng., is a Principal and Building Science Specialist at RDH. As a trusted consultant, he works closely with architects and developers on projects that include world-class architecture, industry-leading energy efficiency, and cutting-edge building technologies. In his role as leader of our Building Science Laboratories team in Vancouver, he works with manufacturers, governments, and industry organization to develop and test the next generation of building systems, and to lead change through the production of industry-leading guidance and research documents.
Lorne is deeply committed to education and is an accomplished presenter, having spoken at numerous conferences and industry events across North America. In addition to his work with RDH, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia, where he teaches building science in the Department of Civil Engineering.
